Refund Policy

At Tempo, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We only accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • If the customer refuses the order while the courier is still present.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Important Notes:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Refund requests after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 48 hours from the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The requested size or item must be available in stock.

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Exchange requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, exchange cannot be processed.
