At Tempo, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We only accept refund requests in the following cases:

If the customer refuses the order while the courier is still present.

If there is a manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Important Notes:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Refund requests after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange within 48 hours from the delivery date under the following conditions:

The requested size or item must be available in stock.

The item must be unused and in original condition.

Exchange requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.
If the requested size or item is unavailable, exchange cannot be processed.
